    There were some issues with Amazons server earlier on today but all has been resolved! 

    Everything should be running as normal now. :)

    I cannot link my Alexa to my ikettle... frustrating.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting your iKettle 3rd Generation to Alexa! 

    I can see Smarter Support has dropped you an email with some troubleshooting to get you setup with Alexa.
