If you can not see the Coffee machine network emitting in your WiFi settings for your Smarter Coffee - 1st Generation please try the below helpful tips.
Ensure you have the Smarter Coffee - 1st Generation not the 2nd Generation as the 2nd uses a different app. If you are unsure which version panel of the 1st says Smarter whereas the 2nd has our logo on the panel. If you have the 2nd please download the Smarter 3.0 app.
Ensure you are near your Coffee machine during the setup. During the setup we advise you, your phone and your Coffee machine are next to your router, they can be moved after the setup.
Please ensure that the Coffee machine is plugged in and the screen is active.
Try refreshing your WiFi by turning it off then on again in your devices WiFi settings.
If this does not help please reset the Coffee machine WiFi by holding down the start button for 10 seconds until you see "wifi reset" appear on the screen. "Reset" will first appear, this is resetting the product defaults, please keep holding the start button until "wifi reset" appears.
