Water level in app is is not accurate. What do I do?

If you think the water level viewer is not accurate please follow the below steps.

First of all, ensure the cable is fully unwound from the bottom of the base and tucked in. 

Then re-calibrate the water level. 

To re-calibrate the water level select the box that says water in the kettles home page, select calibrate, a pop-up will appear asking you to remove the kettle body from the base then select Calibrate. 

The base will now re-calibrate. 

If you are still having issues with the water level. Can you please try removing the kettle body turning over the base, there is a large black button, it is not really a button but looks like a button, that registers the water level can you please gently press this a few times then re-calibrate the water level. Please do not press this too hard!
