The connection light is not flashing on my iKettle 3rd generation what do I do?

To setup your iKettle 3rd generation, you will need to place your phone directly on the connection light to BlinkUp your iKettle to your home network.

The connection light on your iKettle 3rd generation will flash for 60 seconds once plugged in.

If the connection is not flashing please unplug the base from the power source, wait 10 seconds then plug it back in again.
