Usually, when the machine has not been used for a while it tends to produce coffee at a lower temperature especially if you are making fewer cups.
This is because it has not heated properly, you should find that if you make a larger number of cups or use the machine a second time the temperature should be satisfactory. This is normal for all coffee machines.
Can you also ensure the firmware of the coffee machine is up to date via the about section of the app.
Also please ensure that the keep warm time is set in the product default section of the app. This ensures that the hotplate turns on as soon as the brew starts which really helps with the temperature.
What you can also do is also heat up your mug before you use it. You can do this by filling it with hot/boiling water before and discarding this before pouring your coffee in it. We have done some tests and if you are pouring the coffee into a cold mug, it tends to reduce the temperature by 10-15 degrees.
