After you have named your product, you will be asked to select your router and enter your password.
If the list is blank and you can not see any networks, please try refreshing by selecting refresh at the bottom right-hand side of the app.
Please ensure you have location services turned on or the app will not be able to see your router. Also, that the location permissions in your phone settings for the app are turned on.
