I'm trying to add a new user to my network and the app says user not found, what do I do?

Please ensure that the user you are trying to invite has downloaded the Smarter app and created an account with that email address.

Also, ensure the email address is entered correctly as it is case sensitive.

The system searches the database based on what you have entered. So if you type “Support@smarter.am” when their email address is “support@smarter.am”, the system will not find the user.
