Please ensure that the user to you are trying to invite has downloaded the Smarter app and created an account with that email address.
Also, ensure the email address is entered correctly as it is case sensitive.
The system searches the database based on what you have entered so if you type Support@smarter.am when their email address is email@example.com the system will not find the user.
