With the iKettle 3rd Generation you can set the app to show you the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celcius. 

By default the app will show in Celcius. 

To change from Celcius to Fahrenheit simply tap the temperature shown in the center of the temperature dial. 

To change from Fahrenheit to Celcius simply tap again.
