With the iKettle 3rd Generation you can set the app to show you the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. 

By default the app will show in Celsius. 

To change from Celsius to Fahrenheit simply tap the temperature shown in the centre of the temperature dial. 

To change from Fahrenheit to Celsius simply tap again.
