My Smarter Coffee machine is no longer connected to Google assistant?

Google have recently made a change to how Smarter appliances are listed within Google Assistant, so you will need to re-link your device to get this to work.

To do this, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Google assistant settings

2. Click on home control

3. Click on manage accounts at the top right of the screen

4. Press Smarter kettle and coffee and unlike your account

5. Search for Smarter and log in using Smarter account details

This will now have re-linked your account correctly and you can continue to use Google assistant to control your iKettle or Coffee machine.

Even after following these instructions, my machine still shows as "not responding" in Google Home.

Mine hasn't been working for the past few months, and I've tried the above many times. Is there a fix for this yet?

I was told by support that it would be fixed by last weekend. And here we are.

My Smarter Coffee 2nd generation is still offline in Google Home after trying to unlink and relink the account multiple times. Is there any plan to fix it? I opened a ticket for it but its been almost a month without any reply there

I've been told "it's fixed now" several times. It isn't. I even tried unlinking all my devices and starting again with a new account - same issue. It's still broken. Very frustrating.

Still not working. Unlinked, linked again, assigned to the kitchen but shows as offline in the "home" app.

Asking Google to make me a coffee was the only thing that set it apart from a dumb coffee machine
