I am not receiving the boil finished notification?

If you do not receive the notification when your kettle has finished boiling it could be due to your notification settings.

To check this please go to Features > Notifications and ensure you have the "boil finished" notification active.

You also need to ensure that the "keep warm started" is active as both notifications are linked, if this is disabled you will not receive the "boil finished" notification.

    Hi. Tried this along with checking my phone isn't blocking notifications from the app but still not receiving notifications. Any advice? Kettle connected to Google Home.

    Having the same problem. Kettle received and set-up today. Works fine but no notifications.

    I recalibrated the water level measurement section and selected keep warm for 5 minutes and now it seems to work. Hope that helps

    Thanks, tried your suggestion but without success sadly. I've opened a ticket with Smarter in the meantime.

    Is there an update to this? eve just received my kettle I too am not getting any notifications. 

     

    I've enabled all of the above suggestions.

    When I got to the notifications section in the app, I have a blank screen. There are no options available for me!

    Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the app.... Still no joy.

    Any help appreciated please.

    Exactly the same issue for me too!

    This is the latest comms I've had with smarter to try and resolve:

    Please could you uninstall and reinstall the whole thing again please.
     
    This should normally work, its been tested and it should be working fine.
     
    Please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues with screenshots.
