Error code when trying to sign into app

I have just bought a 1st gen coffee machine and when trying to sign into the app I am getting an error code which says "Error code null null"

 

Can anyone help me please

    I have the same problem. How do i get informed when die app works with my first gen coffeemaker? Or do i have to trY every day.

    Hi all,

    We have today released a fix for the Andriod app that resolves this issue, it can take anywhere up to 48 hours for the update to be available so please keep an eye out for the notification to update.

    IOS is still in testing stage but we hope to have this released at the start of next week.

    As of this morning, there has still been no update to the app since October 2016.

    Anyone had any luck?

    This is getting beyond a joke now. I keep being told that the update is ready and it has been uploaded to the Play store, only to be told later that it is back in testing. Can't help feeling like we are being lied to at the moment.

    Alan I couldn’t agree more, if I wanted a normal kettle that’s what I would got. How can a company keep lying to there customers. I think I may of found some directors on LinkedIn, Ran Janda & Isabella Lane. Failing that I will have to put this chat on social media and tag them. See if they actually care.

    I dont mean to be rude but this is a disgrace.  I've had the v1 and v2 kettles, I now cannot log into my account to bring my v.2 online which means I now have a very expensive "unsmart" kettle.  This isn't that hard to fix, you have basically abandoned your customers here.  Shocking.

    Hi all,

    I have been given an update on this issue.

    IOS is fixed and released to the app store, it is under review so should hopefully be available soon.

    We ran into an issue with Andriod so have pulled back the release, we are working on this and we hope to have this resolved soon.

    Hello, I am also unable to log into my account on the Android app (v3.2.3., 2016) - the error is the following:

    Login error: Error while authenticating.

    Please, you've been working on this for a month, it's past overdue to put out a fix.

    Mmmm.. wouldn't like to say. Maybe till their next version comes out which seems to be their current practice.

    This has been ongoing since Xmas, really not acceptable. Several times we’ve been told all will be working in a few days or Android is ready but not iOS now iOS - not released, no doubt tomorrow there’ll be some technicality. Like someone else said in the comments. If I’d wanted a ‘normal’ kettle I would’ve got one.

    Actually, with app stores it can take up to an hour for an update to show, so this complaint might be slightly premature.

    EDIT: Apparently, these days it's up to a day or two.

    No update my end and same error. Deleted app to try and see if it came with an update. But now I can’t even download the app. This company and there products are an absolute joke!

    It is version 1.7.8, I have checked my side and it is available to download.

    Please go to the app store and check again.
