I have had my smarter coffee machine few months when the glass jug got a crack, so i contacted the support team and was told that's fine we will replace when they get stock in a months time.
This date past and nothing so I contacted them again and was told another date and you guessed it this passed with nothing, nearly a year on with numerous emails and phone calls told different dates with no glass jug being sent.
do you think this is ok the mess about with your customers and let them have your product that's been useless for nearly a year now????
im getting to the point i want my money back from them and get another coffee machine
