I'm having ongoing issues with my smarter 2.0 not working. The alarm function doesn't work and I consistently get "device not responding messages". Even worse, The app tells me it started brewing but it actually hasn't. I sent in a support request on May 7 (ticket 26755) and then reached out again a few days later (ticket 26861) But I have not received a response. Are you still in business?
