Device not responding

I recieved my coffee machine today, set it up and connected it to the app unfortunately its saying 'device not responding' I've unistalled the app, rese the machine numerous times and nothing. I'm hoping its either the firmware or the app it self. I've messaged support, but while I'm waiting for a response, was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation?
